Hello, I’m Michaela Evans, a qualified and compassionate integrative counsellor based at Inner Harmony Counselling Service. I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Counselling for Adults and a Level 5 Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People. I work with a wide range of clients—adults, children, and young people—offering tailored support that respects each individual's unique needs and experiences.

My approach is rooted in empathy, safety, and trust, and I draw from various therapeutic models to provide a flexible and responsive counselling experience. I have undertaken additional specialist training in bereavement, sexual violence, autism, ADHD, suicide prevention, and self-harm, which deepens the support I can offer in these areas.

Alongside my private practice, I also work for the West Midlands Ambulance Service as a Mental Health Clinical Development Officer, where I support frontline professionals and contribute to mental health awareness and training across the service.

I offer counselling sessions both online (UK and internationally) and face-to-face in Redditch, providing accessible and confidential support wherever you are.
