FAQs

Yes, I hold a Level 5 Diploma in working with children and young people. I adapt my approach to suit their age and development, often using creative or play-based techniques to help them express themselves.

Sessions are a space for you (or your child) to talk freely. I may ask gentle questions, offer reflections, or use creative tools depending on your needs. You set the pace—there’s no pressure to talk about anything you're not ready to share.

It’s important to feel comfortable and safe with your counsellor. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and tailored to each client—whether adult, child, or young person.

I work with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and more. I have additional training in supporting clients who have experienced sexual violence, autism, ADHD, suicidal thoughts, and self-harm.

Counselling provides a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges. It can help you gain clarity, process emotions, build coping strategies, and feel more in control of your life. I’m here to support you without judgment, whether you're facing a specific issue or just feel overwhelmed.

I am registered with the ICO and all personal data is stored as required.
