At Inner Harmony Counselling Service, I provide a safe and nurturing space where children and young people can explore their feelings, build resilience, and develop healthy ways to cope with life’s challenges. Growing up isn’t always easy—and sometimes, young people need someone outside of family or school who will truly listen without judgment.
Children and teenagers often struggle to put feelings into words. I use an integrative approach tailored to each individual’s age, personality, and needs. This may include talking, play, creative activities, or simply being alongside them as they process what they’re going through.

I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People and have additional training in working with autism, ADHD, bereavement, sexual violence, suicide prevention, and self-harm.

Reduced-Fee Counselling with a Trainee Counsellor--COMING SOON
Inner Harmony Counselling & Training is pleased to offer a limited number of reduced-fee sessions with a trainee counsellor currently completing Level 4 training.
£25 per 50-minute sessionThese sessions are suitable for adults seeking supportive counselling and are delivered within a safe, ethical and professionally supervised framework.
The trainee counsellor receives regular clinical supervision and is supported to ensure clients receive professional, thoughtful and appropriate care.
Reduced-fee spaces are limited and subject to availability.
